User Data Deletion Procedure – iLawyer

Users have full right to request permanent deletion of their iLawyer account and associated data.

How to Request Deletion

To delete your account and data, send an email from your registered email ID to:

Processing Time

Once we receive the request from the registered email:

You will receive a final confirmation email once the deletion is completed.

What Data Will Be Deleted

After request approval, the following will be permanently erased:

What May Be Retained

Certain audit logs or transactional billing records may be retained only if legally required for compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention — as per DPDP 2023 allowances.

Important

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
After deletion is complete, the user will not be able to access previously saved workspace or drafts.
