iLawyer is designed as a productivity tool for advocates, law students, legal professionals and law firms in India. The Platform does not provide legal advice to end-clients directly. All content generated through iLawyer must be reviewed by a licensed legal professional before being filed, submitted or relied upon.
iLawyer does not create an attorney–client relationship between the Platform and any user or third party. Lawyers using the Platform remain fully responsible for their client communications, drafting, filings, and legal strategy decisions.
Unless specifically marked otherwise, all software, tools, UI, UX, modules, logos, product names, and platform elements are the property of iLawyer
Users may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, resell or distribute the Platform’s proprietary modules or code.
All case data, notes, templates, drafts and documents uploaded by users remain the property of that user. iLawyer only provides a secure storage and management interface. Users have full right to export or delete their stored content at any time.
Some features (like VC court links, police jurisdiction data etc.) may refer to public sources. Accuracy of third-party data may vary and iLawyer does not guarantee availability or continuity of external resources.
Users must not upload illegal, obscene, defamatory, or copyrighted materials they do not have rights to. Misuse of platform to commit or plan unlawful acts will lead to account termination and may be reported to authorities.
By continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge full responsibility for legal usage and agree that iLawyer does not substitute professional legal judgment.
