iLawyer operates on a subscription or plan model. Once a subscription is purchased and activated, fees are non-refundable, as immediate access is provided to premium features, templates, drafting modules, and internal databases.
Refunds are not issued for partial usage, unused days, or early cancellation within a subscription period.
Users may cancel renewal at any time through:
Cancellation will prevent the next billing cycle. The current active plan will continue till its validity date.
If you believe you were billed incorrectly, please contact support within 7 days of the transaction. Billing disputes will be reviewed, and if verified, adjustments may be made at the company’s discretion.
Free or trial accounts are not charged, and no refund policy applies to such access.
Since iLawyer is a technology tool and not a legal consultancy, subscription payments cannot be refunded based on litigation outcome, case results, or drafting usage.
