This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between the User (“You”) and iLawyer (“Company”) governing the use of the iLawyer mobile application, website and related software (“Software / Platform”).
By installing, accessing or using iLawyer — You agree to be bound by this Agreement.
iLawyer provides You a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal or professional legal productivity purposes. You are not permitted to resell, lease, sub-license, clone, reverse engineer, reproduce or commercially repurpose iLawyer’s code or internal modules.
iLawyer is a technology tool — not a law firm and not a legal adviser. Drafts, templates, auto-fills, or AI-assisted suggestions are general support content and must be independently reviewed by a qualified advocate before filing, reliance or professional use.
All Platform intellectual property (designs, code, UI/UX, brand assets, internal template engines, modules) remains the property of iLawyer.
You are solely responsible for:
The Company shall not be liable for consequential losses, case failures, procedural defects, professional negligence claims, court penalties or reputational damages arising from Your use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
